The Port Jefferson School District football and cheerleading team members donned their purple and white uniforms while out on Sept. 10 at the Port Jefferson Village Hall soaking and scrubbing up cars and trucks. The car wash resulted in a number of bright and shiny vehicles seen in the local community. The school district thanks the young men and women for the great customer service provided to community residents.
