We need your help! As we begin our budget process, the Port Jefferson School District is asking all community members to join in fighting to repeal the Gap Elimination Adjustment (GEA), a formula that drastically reduces the amount of aid to school districts. Our schools like many others are at a crossroads and Port Jefferson in being unfairly asked to do more with less. We can no longer bear the burden imposed by the GEA.
